Yes, that's where I've been and it doesn't take you to the actual codecs. I've resolved the problem however by downloading Soni Player Plug-In 1_28 rather than 1_24.

I have downloaded and run 'DirectX 9.0c End-User Runtime' and tried the Switch conversion again and I'm still getting the same message.

Whereabouts on your site is the Sony codec? I've followed the links to your site but it doesn't take me to where the Sony codec actually is.

I can't seem to get Express Scribe to load a DVD. The recording is 417:19 long but it's only loading it as 5:16 long and I can't hear anything when I play it.
