I have created my first video that combines stills and photographs with animation clips. The video plays properly as an Mp4 on my desktop, but incorrectly on my website. The stills and photographs are slow to load, often 10 seconds behind the audio track. I have cropped all stills and photos to 16:9 (768x432) as is the frame size of the container. Also I have downsized these components using Photoshop's Save to Web. Photos are generally 60 to 100 kb presently. I am using JW Player as my website video player. The video is approximately 15 mb in length and experimenting with different amounts of reduction of the stills and photos does not seem to alter overall file size of the video. I assume that the problem is my lack of knowledge, not something wrong with either NCH Video Pad or JW Player. Can anyone clue me in on what I am doing wrong.
