  1. We purchased the system for our business. Our business closed temporarily, but we are opening again and we need to use the system that we purchased from you. We have our key and the original program, but our hard drive went bad and we now have a new hard drive. It's the same computer and we're not attempting to short you by installing a new instance on a different computer. We merely need to be able to get an activation key so we can install the Answering Attendant on the new hard drive IN THE SAME COMPUTER. As you know, your activation keys only work ONCE. When we made the purchase in December of 2003, there was nothing mentioned in regard to us being able to keep the progrm, but only for as long as our hard drive lasted... Please help soon. Every day that goes by, we miss calls when the program is not in and working. Thank you, D. Davis DVD Federation
