I have exactly the same problem - with both .wav and .mp3 files. Whenever the length of the input file is larger than 1h 42m then placing the cursor beyond 1h 42m and then pressing play causes the beginning of the file to be played even though the cursor moves through the location specified. This makes it impossible, for example, to home-in on the end of the recoding to remove the last few minutes of unrequired encode. All checkboxes are unchecked in options. Any suggestions welcome.
