Mine is even stranger... two analog lines, both going into the same dialogic card. One has the hangup detection problem and the other doesn't!

I've got IVM registering, and it will answer incoming calls just fine. The problem is that callers can press a key response and IVM never detects it. Same script is working for the dialogic card in the system. Any ideas?
