Hi, I am a new user to Express Scribe. I was just hired for a transcribing service and am unable to download and load to the program. When I go to the podcast site, click d/l and it goes to a quicktime file. I did a search in case it was an auto d/l. Can anyone help me? I'm pretty sure when I see the answer I'll feel like an idiot, but any help will make me very grateful, thanks
