When downloading an audio file from recording device via USB port suddenly all icons on the task bar and the start menu were changed to Express Scribe icons and they will only load Express Scribe. Uninstall reverts to previous state but reinstall returns the problem. Running under Win 7 OS. Anybody had same problem or knows a fix?
