Hello I just purchased the product today and my first movie has subtitles and they show up fine in the preview, but when I save the file and create a movie, the subtitles are all smeared severely and not even close to readable. Is my product defective? Is there some fix for this? VideoPad advertises that you can add subtitles, but for me they are coming out smeared.
