I need to remove two segments of 2 minutes each from an 18 minute video and would like to save the 14 minute video as a new file using videopad editor .. Pl let me know how to do it ?

I am new this program, I need to delete a clip but can not figgure out how to do this. What I need to do is take the individual clip out and change the text, (credits clip) Can I do this???????? PLEASE HELP
