  1. Hi everyone I'm from Switzerland and I have the following problem: I'd like to transfer EVERY incoming call to our business landline number. This works perfectly (our phone is ringing when the transfer starts), but what I'd like to do is taking the call back to IVM, if the person on the other didn't take the phone (after maybe 5 or 6 rings). But somehow, this seems not to work. I tried it with the confirm transfer (but for me this sounds like: if it starts ringing, the transfer is confirmed), this does not work. Same thing for the "answer detect" option. It stays ringing and ringing and for IVM the transfer is answered after the first ring (log tells me: Call disconnected). Where is my problem? Do I have to enter special settings for the Swiss lines? Greetings KlyX
  2. Maybe the caller uses a veeery old phone which do not support this. I don't know how this is named in english, but very old phones do not support key response. KlyX
  3. Hi there I'd like to use a USB VoIP phone with express talk. Of course, it's possible to buy this phone which you can find on the nch-site, but I don't like this one. So I would like to buy the Olympia 9211 phone, which is really great, has an USB connection and everything, but they only talk about Skype-ready. So does Express talk support phones like the Olympia 9211? And if not, what other phones are supported to use with ET? Thanks for an answer KlyX

    Auto-Hold?

Hi there I have a question: I'm using express talk and Telephone Hold-On Player. Is it possible, that ExpressTalks send all incoming calls directly into the hold-loop? Something like an auto-hold until I take the call? Greets KlyX
