Seems I may have made an error buying the upgraded version.
Anyone agree?
Free version had been as reliable as hell for 12 months.
Absolutely loved it. If anyone has a disk image please let
me know.
As a result of the NCH product performing so well, my
company's productivity had increased, so I thought it good
karma to acknowledge NCH through buying their product.
I remain impressed with that version of the software.
Since purchasing that damned paid version, my company has
ground to a halt.
I'm still waiting for support to acknowledge my email.
That's paid support btw.
Issues (I hear you ask) ?
1. Registration / activation issues. Each time I close, then
re-open, I have to register again.
2. Decimal places are a mess. (Eg., $5.00 actually looks like
$50.0000) and yes, I've changed the preferences and they
default back to $50.0000
3. The 'OK' button doesn't work in preferences/options
the result ...
4. It's 3.34am and I've just finished manually creating
22 invoices because software ain't working.
If anyone knows wtf is going on - gimme a bell.
