I have tried repeatedly to remove a file from Express Scribe so that I can send it via Drop Box to an editor. I've tried to email it directly and to save it on my computer for me to then move to Drop Box. Every time I try the last two things, the "runtime error" screen appears and the whole program shuts down. Anyone have any way to "remove" the files from Express Scribe and place maybe simply on the desktop? Thanks.

My goal is to forward a dictation to another forum to send to my transcriptionist. I deleted the file from my recorder, so now I have to send it from Express Scribe. I have tried to forward, following the instructions, to an email address. The program says it has to shut down, runtime error. I have tried to move the file to my desktop to then manage it from there, and same result...runtime error, must shut down. Can someone please tell me how to simply take the dictation from ES and place it onto my desktop so I can manage it from there? Thanks.
