I have recovered video files from my SD card, but I get the above error message when I try to open the file. I get similar errors in other video players so have converted a file to see if it would help--it does not. I am unfamiliar with the "tag editor." I am on Windows XP and the video files are in mp4 format. Really need some help with this if anyone has answers. Thanks
