I am having trouble as I got a new account and I can't hear the .wav files. They look like they are playing but I can't hear anything. I have other .wav files that work. I also use MP3 and other formats which also work fine. I have an older desktop computer with XP which has an old version of ES on it and I can hear the files on that fine but not on the computer I need to be able to transcribe with. My newer computer using Windows 7 operating system. It is 64 bit. Intel procsssor. I'm not sure what other information you need. I'm wondering if it is some kind of setting. Any help would be greatly apprecaited. If you need further info. I would be glad to give it to you. Judy
