The same problem. I had to reinstall it twice until Kaspersky, the anti-virus I'm using, says it has worm and it terminated the operation altogether. Now it can't even be reinstalled successfully.

Days ago while using express scribe and I press stop, it doesn't stop and it hangs up. I had to used the task manager to cease the operation. Sometimes it works fine but then lately the problems occurs frequently. I had to unistall and download another express scribe and reinstall it. The problem is still the same. Until today, when I reinstall it again Kaspersky says it has worm and has terminated the installation. Is there anything can be done about it? Is the express scribe have these viruses all along? I love most features of express scribe as I work as an online admin support. Hopefully, this can be solved sooner than later. Thanks.
