  1. Hi everyone, This is probably more of an accounting question than that of Invoice Express. I have clients that are do late payments. Currently, I $0 the original invoice and move all the charges to next month + late fees. What is the proper way of doing this so it's easy to organize for end of year taxes? Thanks
  2. Hi Everyone, I have a dead laptop and I didn't used to backup on Express Invoice on daily basis. I have to retreive data from the old HDD now. How can I do it? Are the invoices, quotes, etc...stored in flat files somewhere? or in registry of Windows? Much thanks
  3. I have noticed that in the recent version decimal Qty was fixed and now it allows for a decimal quantity to be inputed. However, more importantly is the number of the decimals allowed in the UNIT value. Currently only up to two decimal places are allowed. This probably creates problem for a lot of users. One might think who uses more than two decimal places but for us in the Telecommunication business up to 6 decimal digits are common place. Please allow at least 6 decimal digits for UNIT value. Or should this filed as a bug and where is the bug tracker link? Example: Qty Unit 4000 0.02 = $80 Qty Unit 4000 0.02567 = $102.68 Lost profit of over $20 in that line. Please advise. Thanks
