Well said Arturox, what a difference to my experience with Bibble Labs for example, a free upgrade from version 4 to 5, and several bug fixes since. That's how to keep your customers happy!

I bought Videopad just over two months ago and just checked to see if there was an upgrade that may fix the bug that burned dvds won't play on Panasonic and other brand players. There is a bug fix upgrade from 2.12 to 2.2 but guess what, they want me to pay over forty dollars for it. Unbelievable.

My experience with VP, burned dvds will play ok on computer, will not play on Panasonic or LG players, will play on Sharp but with artifacts, and will play jerky video with no sound on Sony player. Notified tech support and was thanked for my feed-back. The program is not satisfactory for general use.
