I have only just purchased this product so that I can convert .wav files to .mp3 but I have copied some cd's and tried to convert the .wav files to mp3 format to put onto my mp3 player and I am getting an error message from Windows Media Player. It will play the .wav files but wont play the converted .mp3 files. Why have I bought this if I cant use it?
