I downloaded a 52 min mp3 file that was 6000 kb in size. After editing the file in WavePad and saving it (in mp3), the file size grew to 18,000 kb, while I had reduced the number of minutes to 19. Can you suggest what I need to do to compress the file size? Thanks!
