I've installed and uninstalled Express Scribe 2x. Transferred in two files to transcribe, most of the options in the toolbar menus are shaded gray, i.e., they don't work. I listened to the nice little intro after I downloaded the program both times and I could tell everything was working. After intro went off, most everything went back into that shaded gray, not working mode. Does anyone have an idea what is wrong and how to fix? Thank you.
