I have a test to take for a potential job and have 48 hours to take it, I was sent 2 dictations. 1 is of an MP3 format. I can download it and it plays on my Windows media but not on the Express Scribe. The other is a .wav and when I download it, it downloads but won't play at all, either in Windows media or Express Scribe. I have Windows 7 and an Infinity pedal. I checked and the pedal IS compatible with this version of Express Scribe. I have never used Express Scribe and this would be my first transcription job if I can figure this out, so what am I missing or what is wrong?
