I am new to all of this. I want a simple to use digital recorder (I have used quite a few over the years) but I need to get the voice files to my secretary to transcribe. I am looking for recommendations for: 1. Good foot pedal and headset. 2. Good audio format to use. 3. Recommendations on smaller digital recorders (simple and easy to use with one hand preferably) 4.
