I am trying to download Express Scribe and it will not download on one computer. It does lownload on my other computers, just not my work computer. All the other NCH software will download on this computer. In the download folder I am getting this: RegSvr32 Load Library failed - The specified module could not be found. Any suggestions/solutions on how to fix this?
