  1. I am experiencing the same problem... I put clients on hold but no music is produced. I keep getting a Call/Transaction does not exist error from Axon.
  2. Setup your SPA or Computers with a Static address or if you use DHCP, reserve the IP Address for your MAC address of your Computer/SPA Device within the DHCP reservation console. This way you will always have the same IP address for your computer. If you change your network card on that computer, you will also need to update your reservation MAC address in DHCP as well or "Clone" the old address within your Network card setup.
  3. I wish that NCH took the habit of placing all revision numbers and release dates on their website so that we can easily determine if a new release is out or not. I dislike the fact that I must constantly download the files and install them to find out that they are still not updated. Waste of my time and NCH's Bandwidth. It is not hard to create a separate organized download page with all available downloads with their release dates and also keep 1-2 back revisions within the list incase the new release does not work for someone. Can this be fixed soon?
