I was in the middle of editing a song that I downloaded and I must have hit a wrong button or something because when I hit the play button it showed the song playing REALLY fast but there was no sound at all. I clicked control - play at normal speed (even though normal speed was already checked) and it still looked like it was playing super fast but no sound. What the heck did I mess up??

I'm not sure the technical term to describe what I'm trying to do. So sorry if this sounds a little crazy. Ok so, you know how on some CDs there will be a short beginning to a song that you don't hear unless you listen to the song before it and just let the CD play through both songs? Like say there is track 1 and 2. Track 2 has a summary before the song, but if you just put the CD in and skip to track 2 you won't hear that part. You will only hear it if you listen to track 1 and then let the CD keep playing onto track 2. If your CD has the timer counting how many minutes and seconds the song is playing, it will show that beginning part as counting down and when it gets to zero then track 2 starts to play counting up again. I am wondering if WavePad has the ability to create that beginning part and how to do it.
