I agree. I am in evaluation mode and hadn't noticed the lack of ability to edit the descriptions in the invoice creation dialog. Also something I consider a "must have" in the invoice program I settle on.

What was the problem?

I made a couple suggestions to NCH about Express Invoice. I'm curious if these would be useful to anyone else: 1) Option to omit shipping address from invoice altogether (I'm using this for rent invoices... no shipping involved). 2) Option to eliminate subtotal and balance due so it only lists the total amount at the bottom.

I worked with Tim in support and narrowed my problem to a conflict with a mouse/keyboard utility called Pitaschio. Disabling it allowed double clicks to add items. I would try closing or disabling all programs possible and see if it works again. If so, start the programs one by one to see which one recreates the problem. Meanwhile, I've suggested that they add a button for adding items to avoid this problem.

I'm trying to use Express Invoice 2.20. When I am creating an invoice, it says to double click in the item area to add an item. Nothing happens at all when I click, double click, triple click, etc. I do have items in the item list. Anyone seen this or have any ideas? Thanks.....
