Hello everyone.
This is the current issue I have with the IVM software latest version as of 2/28/2005.
I am using the 2 line Callurl board also with thier latest posted drivers as of 2/28/2005
If a person calls and hangs up during any of the OGM messages the software will just keep the line active without ever hanging it up.
I have turned on the End of call detect. This hasn't resolved the issue.
I have also increased the db for the end of call detect.
Anyone had this issue or any solid leads? I'm using this to run a small business in my spare time and I would prefer my customters not also get a busy signal
