How can I set Express Scribe to always remain open on top of other open program windows?

I am using express scribe to download files from a website & open it directly in Express Scribe. With every file that I open, the express scribe message comes up & needs to be clicked before listening the dictation. How can I get rid of the message??? Thank you.
