I ended up ditching the whole program and went with the Start Stop transcription software. I know several transcriptionists that have used it for years and never have had a problem. Lifetime free upgrades and free tech support too. Sometimes you get what you pay for...if you pay for it at all. :o/ - Julie

I'm hoping somebody can help me here. I upgraded to v4.36 today and since doing so, it will not detect my foot pedal. When I go to the Controller settings, under Active Controller it says "none" and "not configured". Under that there is a section that says "Change Active" and I clicked on Controller Setup Wizard. It brings up another screen that says "Is your controller connected and working?" It tells me to connect and install drivers. So I unplug the foot pedal for a few minutes, plug it back in. It says all drivers are installed and to reboot. Fine. Did that. I go through the screens again and still get the same messages! So I continue on and hit "next". It still does NOT detect my foot pedal forcing me to choose "Select a Controller Type Manually". It then asks what type of controller I'm using and gives me a list to choose from - all of which are serial type. Mine is a USB! (I'm using an Infinity IN-USB-1) I am so frustrated. When I don't work, I don't make money (which Im'm sure is the case with most of you out there) and this is so frustrating. I am regretting downloading v4.36! I hope there is some quick fix to this problem. Somebody please help. Please! Thanks in advance, Julie
