This does not work. I chose a particular file, then, hit the load button, then, nothing happens. Double clicking is not allowed. Any other suggestions?

Hello, I would like to hear from those with experience with express scribe. I have just downloaded express scribe and been trying to load mp3 and wav file to start trasncribing. But nothing happens. I click "load" and select the files and hit 'load' button, but nothing happens. Is there anybody who knows why? I know this is a free software, but why isn't it working? Any advice would be appreciated. Yo
