Does it usually take for the technical support people to reply to a help request? Due to what I can only describe as dodgy business tactics, I (unwittingly) paid some $8 for "Silver technical support", submitted a request (might as well get *something* for my $8) around June 20 - and have heard absolutely nothing since.
