Hi, I'm having problems setting up my footpedal to work with the Express scribe. Everytime i click on the setup wizard, it attempts to dowload a file called Piehid, and then after a minute or 2 an internet browser opens and gives me this hereunder message: Trend Micro InterScan for CSC SSM The following security-risk is detected in HTTP traffic: Item: www.nch.com.au/components/piehid.exe Action: deleted Security risk: Virus PAK_Generic.001 found. The InterScan for CSC SSM has scanned the file you are attempting to transfer, and has detected a security risk - the file will not be transferred. Can anybody help me with this problem? Thanks!!
