i live in the uk sorry to trouble you just purchased this today. have wasted 3 discs already. first time i got wrong disc2nd time nothing. guess it is my age when you get older you do sort of mess things up

i burned a dvd off of an avi file. well the pic is really good but has no sound at all.what did i do wrong and how do i fix it
