Hi. I get a lot of distortion once I decrease playback speed below 93%. I have been told by several other Express Scribe users they have no such problem so it must be my sound card. My computer is only a little over a year old and a high-end HP running Vista so I'm not sure what to think at this point. I thought it had a good quality sound card (sounds great with every other application including games, music, and video). Any suggestions for a sound card that works well with Express Scribe?
