I'm trying Express Scribe for the first time using MS Word 2003 as my editor. Word has, by default, all the F-keys mapped to internal functions. Express Scribe, when it launches, as I understand it, is supposed to take over the F-keys on a global scale yet Word won't release it's grasp of certain keys; F11 and F12 in particular. What are some common workarounds? Piyono
