I have download 4.33 and cannot receive any dictation files. I have been into Options, incoming, then add, but here is where I get stuck. The server address required - is this my server or the senders server. Then the logon fields, is this my email address and password. I have tried heaps of different combinations, all with no success. The Dr trying to send the dictation has sent files to someone else using Express Scribe and apparently they just went through. Surely, this small task cannot be this hard. No one else seems to have the same problem. I am about to give up, I have wasted enough time, hopefully, some one can help with my dilema.
