I've downloaded the WavePad v 3.00 to convert the .gsm file to Microsoft G.723.1 wave file. The wave file contains the header without any valid encoded data. The file size is 1KB. If I transfer the same file to u-law wave, the file size is 45kB and good wave file. Could someone help me to solve such problem? Thanks! jason
