I am unable to load the .dss files and this file is supported. I am using a Mac. Switch software didn't help. Can anyone help? thanks.

I am using Express Scribe to transcribe some files. However I cannot upload them because it said it is not compatible; I have used Switch software to convert the files but it says it cannot convert them on the mac which I used the download for the mac! Please help! How can I download these files into ExpressScribe?
