Ok, heres the story, i bought a song from amazon mp3 store. and it did not get fully dowloaded b4 i shut down the computor. the next day i tried to finish it, but it said "dowload no longer available". so i checked the file that it saved, and it was a tmp file. I coudlnt use it for anything! so i used the Switch convertr to convert it to an mp3. and it did, but it was about 4 minutes shorter! I ony had 48 seconds of the song. i tried to then convert it to wav. but same thing. now,every version of that file is now 48 seconds long! have i lost the other 4 miutes perminently?
