The IVM calling Attendant looks like what I need.
Question 1:
I installed the demo. What limitation does the demo have? Is it time limited or features cut off?
Question 2:
What I'm looking for is software that answers call and presents a menu "blah, blah, press one to do something, press 2 to do something else..."
I also need to program to transfer call to eith VOIP address and if that is not working to a cell phone. Can the system handle a second phone line for outgoing calls?
I also need to remotely control (via internet or otherwise if possible) the software. Is this possible.
Question 3:
Which version is suitable for me? I'm basically a one man operation but when I'm away I often take call in my hotel room with an internet connection. An for this I need to set the VOIP settings remotely when I arrive at the hotel and find out what the ip's are.
