I am a new user to Express Scribe and I am unable to "load" a DVD to transcribe. I am able to see the audio_TS and video_TS in the Load Dictation file screen. I highlight the audio, click load, and it is not in the express scribe window. I highlight the audio & video, click load, and the same thing happens - nothing. Need help to transcribe a DVD. on a MAC using Express Scribe. Thanks.
