Hello, The new Olympus recorders are using a DSS-Pro file format ending in .DS2 that is not playable/convertible in existing programs. Considering many of your users are transcription companies, when does SWITCH plan to support the .DS2 file extention. Bytescribe has already made the update (http://www.bytescribe.com/index.php?id=84) but I would rather use your products. Thanks,
