I purchased email support and cannot find anyplace to contact technical support that I paid for! I just keep on getting stuck in a loop of preprirnted information that does not pertain to my situation. Please do not tell me I just got RIPPED OFF for $48! Does anyone know how to contact technical support by email? THANKS

I cannot get this software to forward a dictation file. I keep getting error messages, the most recent one being "data terminator not accepted" I have been trying for about a year now and cannot get this to work. I am using a FREE version, perhaps that is the problem? It won't work until I pay? I just don't get it! Can someone please offer some advice. Thank you!
