We're having 5 PCs using Express Scribe, 4 work fine but 1 makes trouble. Sometimes dictates show up multiple times in ES, while newly added dictates aren't visible at all. Dictates are being mailed to the PCs and get into ES via doubleclick of the attachment in Outlook 2k3. Dictates are in AMR format, the PCs are running Win XP SP3. The problem showed with different versions of ES. Any hints on how to solve the problem?
