cool, thanks.. ok, i've managed to make a recording (i ended up using a little app called soundflower - very cool), but now i can't seem to save the wavepad file.. I'm running the free version - the only option is to save as a .wav, but when I do, it appears to save the file, but then the file is empty.. do i need the pro version to get save file functionality?

Does anyone know if you can record the internal sound on a mac? I have a macbook pro, running OS X.. I used to do this all the time with my PC laptop, but there seem to be less options on the mac version..
