I use the Scribe program for transcription with Express Scribe on Windows XP. When I go into a report and click "Listen" to load and open the .wma file in Express Scribe, this message appears:
c:\Documents and Settings\Maureen\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\JAYJODTD\8087916[1].wma is not a valid Win32
My computer just had to be wiped two weeks ago - but I used the program in this setting for three years prior. All of the files have always been .wma I asked my computer technician and he has no idea what this means or how I can fix it.
Please help!
