I just got an ipod so have to convert any wma's to mp3's so I downloaded switch. The strange thing is that some of the metadata such as track number or artist name etc is lost. The strangest thing it that it only does that sometimes. It seemly randomly drops some data. The most common thing it loses is the track number. Is this normal?
