We have been having some "issues" with our system for the last several month. Callers will select the desired mailbox number and our system starts to send them to that mailbox but then it selects a different mailbox to route them to, thus not allowing them to get to the mailbox they need. Doing some troubleshooting we think our problems may be linked to a change in our phone service from analog to digital.
Could this problem be resolved by reinstalling the program?
