Holdfast

I have written a DVD with a 30 minute slide show, but when playing on a number of dvd machines only the first 6 photographs are shown before it jumps back to the start and plays again. Any suggestions? It works fine on the pc. I have burnt on +R and -R formats. thank Holdfast
