I apologize, I am sure this question has been asked many times before on this forum. The forum search function needs 4 characters to search, so I could not search or find anything on m4p. Anyway, I tried to use switch to convert an m4p file, and the program came back and said to do that I had to upgrade to switch plus to make the conversion. I spent $28 to upgrade, and switch plus still will not convert the file. Could someone please tell me what I am missing, or give me a link to where this has been discussed on the forum before? Thanks!
